UK Returns

We understand that investing in a handmade Afghan rug is a significant decision that requires careful consideration. Our aim is for all our customers to be thrilled with their unique pieces that bring artistry to their floors. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer 14-day peace of mind returns for all mainland UK orders. We want you to be confident that if the rug isn't quite what you expected, it can be returned for a no hassle refund, excluding postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. We also ask that you package the rug appropriately when returning it to us to avoid any damage during transit. Rugs received damaged due to insufficient packaging will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

On choosing a rug we kindly ask that you measure your room and double-check the rug size before placing your order. This simple step can help to reduce any unnecessary returns and ensure that you end up with a rug that you love. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We're here to help you make an informed and satisfying purchase and can send additional images or videos of all the rugs.

When your return request is accepted, we will liaise with you on the best method of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
