This is a brand new authentic Shirvan runner, handmade in Afghanistan. These rugs often feature geometric patterns, including stylized medallions, diamonds, and latch-hook motifs. Shirvan rugs are often finely woven, resulting in a dense texture. These rugs are hand knotted and so are very durable and will last very long even in high traffic areas.

Due to the handmade nature of these rugs, some edges may not be straight.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the colours and shades may vary slightly due to the specific angle and lighting when photos are taken. This means that the carpet you receive may look slightly different from the picture. Additionally, carpets naturally have a "light" side and a "dark" side, which is determined by the orientation of the wool pile. This is a characteristic of carpets and should be taken into consideration when choosing a carpet for your space.
